We want everyone — humans and pets — to stay safe and enjoy the peace of our countryside campsite. By booking, you agree to our rules.
Dog Breed Restrictions:
As people we love ALL dogs, but we’re sorry, the business does not accommodate the following breeds on site for the safety of other guests dogs:

German Shepherds (exceptions can be made to those German Shepherds with no reactivity - wardens discretion on enquiry)

Before You Arrive

Gas Safety: Check cookers and hoses. Never use gas inside tents or awnings.

Directions: Mobile signal is limited; save directions before traveling.

Off-Grid Site: No mains electricity, water, or sewerage. Drinking water available from the warden. Fridge space for dog food/medication on request.

Septic Tank: Only use green chemicals.

WIFI: Yes we do have wifi on site.
Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not normally offered. Special cases are considered minus card processing fees.
During Your Stay

Check-in/out: 11am / 11am

Quiet hours: 10pm–7am
-
Smoking: Not inside tents or pods

Waste: Separate rubbish and recycling; leave site tidy

BBQs & Fires: Raised only, no disposables. Chiminea/pits on slabs. Never leave unattended.

Lake: Wildlife lake. Swans present.

Noise & Safety: No human ball games, running, or cycling — dogs with herding instincts are on-site
Dogs 🐾

Must be well-behaved, supervised, and on lead in communal areas.

Off-lead allowed in your pitch or the dog field.

Do not stress livestock or wildlife.

Clean up after your dog and maintain accommodation hygiene.

Unmanaged barking or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Fire & BBQ Safety

Fires on grass prohibited. Use raised pits/chiminea on slabs.
-
No accelerants (petrol, diesel, BBQ fuel).
-
Keep flames manageable, supervise at all times, and fully extinguish before sleeping/leaving.
-
Fires may be restricted during dry conditions.
